Do you ship to my location?

Yes, I ship worldwide.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on the weight of the items ordered and your location, this is calculated at the checkout.

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped every Monday by standard post. Delivery times vary depending on destination. Please be aware that shipping delays can occur, especially at this time, this is out of my control. If you require tracking on your order, at an extra cost, please contact me

 

Do you accept returns?

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days at nadurceramics@gmail.com and we will be happy to help. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return. Certain items cannot be returned; custom orders, personalized items, sale items or gift cards.

 

How will my order be packaged?

Every effort is made to keep packaging as sustainable as possible, I reuse packaging and use recyclable materials. Due to the nature of ceramics, bubble wrap is a necessity, this is reused and I encourage you to reuse it again.

Can you send my order as a gift?

Yes! Thank you for choosing one of my pieces for someone you love. If you would like to include a note please drop me an email at nadurceramics@gmail.com and I will be happy to include your message on a handwritten postcard.

 

Do you take custom orders?

Unfortunately I cannot take custom orders at this time.

 

Do you do wholesale?

Unfortunately I can not offer wholesale at this time.
